Acceptance of Terms & Age Requirement
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 90s platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required not to use our platform.
The 90s platform is an online entertainment service restricted to users aged 18 years and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you have met the required age threshold. 90s reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend or close any account that does not comply with this requirement.
These terms apply to all users in Malaysia accessing the platform via web browser, mobile app, or any other method provided by 90s.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration and Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one account active account on the 90s platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. 90s will never request your password via email or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately.
User Responsibilities
- Not using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Not attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's systems.
- Not sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to access your account.
- Not using automated software, bots, or scripts to influence betting activities.
- Report any bugs or system vulnerabilities discovered to 90s promptly.
Payments, Transactions & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 90s platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that any deposited funds belong to you and are sourced from a legitimate payment method.
Deposit Methods
The 90s platform supports local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other Malaysian online banking options. No additional charges apply for deposits made via these methods. All deposits must meet the minimum limits set and will be credited to the account upon successful verification.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful identity verification and compliance with wagering requirements for any applicable bonuses. 90s reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals. Processing times vary depending on the selected withdrawal method.
Unauthorised Transactions
Where fraudulent transactions or money laundering activity is suspected, 90s reserves the right to freeze the account in question, withhold the funds involved, and report the matter to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the user.
Liability Limits & Account Suspension Policy
Platform Liability Limits
90s is not liable for any financial loss, service disruption, or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform, including technical issues, internet connectivity failures, or errors in the display of information. The platform is provided "as is" and 90s makes no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions at all times.
In situations where a technical error results in an incorrect betting outcome, 90s reserves the right to void or review the transaction in question based on accurate system records.
Account Suspension & Closure
90s reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances without prior notice:
- Violation of any of these terms and conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent activity or system manipulation.
- Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents.
- Registering multiple accounts under the same individual.
- Use of the platform by individuals under the age of 18.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining funds may be withheld pending the outcome of an internal investigation conducted by 90s.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property Rights

Governing Law
